Tom Randolph is seen as a 'champion mentor' to the YMCA Perth's Bridge Project and has shown an abundance of empathy and patience for the youth programmes. Tom's Kitchen has recruited a number of young people on the basis of their enthusiasm and has helped the progress in the hospitality industry through confidence building and training.
