Think Big
SM E owners state that biggest risk they face is their inability to continue working in their business and yet 46% don’t have a succession plan in place. Younger SME owners believe succession planning is not relevant while owners of businesses over 10 years pay little attention to succession planning.
Creating a succession plan will be one of the hardest things you’ll do, but also the most valuable.
